MST Clean Up Along Haw River, Great Day Hike #19

Join the Trashy Ladies for litter pickup along the Haw River and explore a section of the Haw River, Great Day Hike #19 as found in Great Day Hikes on North Carolina's MST.

We will hike 1.7 miles along Haw River Trail to the bridge over Stony Creek on Carolina Mill Road. We will pick up trash along the hike, and then concentrate on the area around the bridge. We will shuttle participants back to the starting point.

Level of difficulty: Moderate due to litter cleanup, some lifting, and hauling
