Night Hike at Shinleaf Area, Segment 10

09/17/2024 06:00 PM - 09:00 PM ET

Description

The full moon in September is on Tuesday the 17th, also known as the Harvest Moon – which was our wedding song nearly 30 years ago, coincidentally. It rises at 7:17pm. So we should start the hike by 6:15. Meet at 6 at the Shinleaf campground parking. The sun also sets around the same time that day, so that will be a bonus! We’ll probably start the return journey around 8pm and should be done by 9.
